Welcome to FaceLab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FaceLab mobile application (the "App") provided by FaceLab ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use FaceLab. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain all rights to photos, face captures, and other content you create or import into the App ("Your Content"). By using the AI features, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the requested service (such as generating an AI edit).
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

FaceLab uses third-party AI services to generate facial transformations and visual effects. AI output is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, idealized, or otherwise not reflective of real outcomes. AI-generated images are not medical, dental, surgical, or psychological advice. Do not rely on the App to make health or appearance decisions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information.
The App, including its design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by FaceLab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
The App relies on third-party services (such as Apple App Store and OpenAI) that have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACELAB AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaceLab and its affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection laws, and otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FaceLab is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
